Refund & Withdrawal

This page explains your right of withdrawal and how refunds work at Amantius. The exact terms for a specific product are set out in the agreement or checkout for that product; where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights always apply.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises purchase — such as the Amantius+ subscription — without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
- To withdraw, simply tell us within 14 days — by email or using the model form below.
- For digital services that you ask us to start immediately, you can still withdraw within 14 days and pay only for what you used. If you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right once the service is fully provided, the right ends at that point, as permitted by EU law.
- You are not obliged to make any payment for the part you have not used during the cooling-off period.
Cooling-Off Period
During the cooling-off period you are under no obligation beyond what you have actually used. We will not pressure you to pay for a full period you have withdrawn from, and we process valid withdrawals promptly.
How Refunds Work
- Valid refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- We aim to process refunds without undue delay, and within 14 days of accepting a valid withdrawal.
- Where you withdraw from a digital service you began using, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the use already provided.
- Any bank or currency-conversion differences are outside our control.
Ownership Pass & Travel Club
An Ownership Pass and a Travel Club membership are arranged through a signed membership agreement, invoice and bank transfer rather than instant online checkout. The cancellation and refund terms for these products — including any cooling-off rights that apply to your situation and region — are set out in that agreement. If you have questions before signing, just ask our team.
