Ownership Pass Terms

The Amantius Ownership Pass is a contractual membership and access product. It is not real estate ownership, a property share, a security, a financial instrument, an NFT, a token, or an investment product, and it does not provide profit participation or a guaranteed return. It gives you annual destination credits and priority booking across Amantius destinations. These terms are a plain-language summary — the full terms are set out in your signed membership agreement.

Your Annual Credits

Each Ownership Pass includes a yearly allocation of destination credits you can spend on stays:

Studio Ownership Pass

7 credits / year

1-Bedroom Ownership Pass

14 credits / year

  • Credits are usable across all active Amantius destinations.
  • The number of credits per night varies by destination, season and unit type.
  • Unused credits generally carry over for a limited period (e.g. one year) and then expire; expired credits have no value.

How You Join

An Ownership Pass is arranged through a manual membership agreement, invoice and bank transfer — not an instant online checkout. Our team guides you through each step.

  • Choose your pass and confirm details with the Amantius team.
  • Pay in full, or via a flexible instalment plan (1–5 years) where offered.
  • Your pass activates on full payment; where a Rental Performance Benefit applies, eligibility begins after full payment.

Booking & Priority

  • Ownership Pass holders receive priority booking ahead of Travel Club members.
  • Stays are subject to availability — early booking is recommended for popular dates.
  • You may book stays for family and guests through your own account.

Rental Performance Benefit

Where included, the Rental Performance Benefit (or Accommodation Credit Benefit) is a discretionary membership benefit. It is non-guaranteed, subject to applicable platform rules, typically delivered as service credits, and not redeemable for cash unless your agreement expressly states otherwise. It does not represent ownership, profit participation, or an investment return.

Transfers

An Ownership Pass may be transferable under the conditions set out in your membership agreement, subject to Amantius approval. There is no investment market, resale exchange or secondary trading of passes. If you would like to transfer your pass, please contact our team.

Changes to Destinations & Benefits

Amantius is an evolving platform. Destinations, partner properties, benefits and rules may be added, paused or changed over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes affecting your membership, in line with your agreement and applicable consumer law.

Which Entity & Law Applies

Your membership is provided by the Amantius entity applicable to your region. This is determined by your residence, not by the display language of the website:

  • EU / Slovakia: Amantius SK s.r.o. — Slovak and EU law.
  • UAE: Amantius Investments and Management L.L.C (Dubai) — UAE law.

The applicable law and dispute-resolution process are set out in full in your signed membership agreement.
