Amantius+ Subscription Terms

These terms cover the Amantius+ digital subscription — our premium membership add-on with exclusive perks, content and the AI Vacation Planner. Amantius+ is billed through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Use.
Subscription & Billing
- Amantius+ is a recurring digital subscription, billed in advance via Stripe.
- The price and billing cycle (e.g. monthly or yearly) are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will collect payment using your saved payment method. If a price changes, we will notify you in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
Cancellation
You can cancel Amantius+ at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Amantius+ until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital subscription without giving a reason.
- If you ask us to start providing Amantius+ immediately, you can still withdraw within 14 days and pay only for what you used until then.
- If you request immediate access and expressly acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided, the withdrawal right ends at that point — as permitted by EU consumer law.

AI Vacation Planner & Concierge
Amantius+ includes an AI-assisted Vacation Planner and concierge that can suggest itineraries, attractions and bookings. Its output is generated automatically, is for general guidance only, may not always be accurate or available, and does not replace official confirmations from our team. You remain responsible for verifying details such as prices, availability and travel requirements.
Which Entity & Law Applies
Amantius+ is provided by the Amantius entity for your region, determined by your residence:
- EU / Slovakia: Amantius SK s.r.o. — Slovak and EU law.
- UAE: Amantius Investments and Management L.L.C (Dubai) — UAE law.
