An Amantius Ownership Pass and a Travel Club membership are contractual access and membership products. They are not real estate ownership, a property share, a security, a financial instrument, an NFT, a token, or an investment product, and they do not provide profit participation or any guaranteed return. You are purchasing access to accommodation and platform benefits — not an asset expected to appreciate in value. This notice explains the practical risks and limitations you should understand before joining.
What You Are (and Are Not) Buying
An Ownership Pass grants you contractual rights to annual destination credits and priority booking across active Amantius destinations, under the terms of your membership agreement. A Travel Club membership grants tiered access to stays and platform benefits. Neither product:
- transfers ownership of, or a share in, any apartment or real estate;
- represents a security, fund unit, financial instrument, NFT or token;
- entitles you to dividends, distributions, profit participation or capital appreciation;
- carries voting rights over property, governance of an asset, or any equity interest.
The product value is the access and benefits you receive while your membership is active — not a tradable asset.
Rental Performance Benefit
Where a Rental Performance Benefit (or Accommodation Credit Benefit) is mentioned, it is a discretionary membership benefit, not income from an investment. It is:
- not guaranteed and may vary, be reduced, or not be available in a given period;
- subject to applicable platform rules and your membership agreement;
- typically delivered as service credits and not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated in your agreement;
- not a profit share, yield, return on investment, or guarantee of any financial outcome.
Eligibility, where applicable, generally begins only after full payment, as set out in your agreement.
Booking & Availability
Use of credits depends on availability and is not guaranteed for any specific date, destination or unit type.
- Popular dates and destinations may be fully booked; early booking is recommended.
- The number of credits required per night varies by destination, season and unit type.
- Priority booking improves, but does not guarantee, access to specific stays.
- Destinations may be added, paused or removed over time.
Credit Allocation & Expiry
Annual credits are allocated and consumed under the rules of your membership. Unused credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
- Unused credits generally carry over for a limited period (e.g. one year) and then expire.
- Credits are consumed in order of expiry, and expired credits have no value and are not refundable.
- Membership validity is time-limited per your tier and agreement.
Travel, Visa & Personal Circumstances
Travelling to Amantius destinations is your responsibility and subject to factors outside our control.
- You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance and entry requirements.
- Travel disruption, weather, health events or local restrictions may affect your ability to use a booked stay.
- Changes in your personal circumstances may affect your ability to use your membership; memberships are time-limited and benefits are not cash-refundable for unused periods unless your agreement states otherwise.
Currency & Instalment Considerations
Amantius pricing is primarily set in UAE Dirhams (AED). If your home currency differs from AED, the effective cost of your membership in your currency can change with exchange-rate movements. Amantius does not offer currency hedging.
- Currency fluctuations may increase or decrease the cost of an Ownership Pass or membership when converted from AED.
- Where an instalment plan is offered, you remain responsible for the agreed instalments; certain benefits begin only after full payment.
- Missing instalments may delay or affect benefit eligibility as set out in your agreement.
Platform & Service Changes
Amantius is an evolving platform. Destinations, partner properties, benefits, service levels and rules may change over time, and digital services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes affecting your membership, in line with your agreement and applicable consumer law.
